Registration

There is no entry deadline, but the fee increases for all relay classes as follows:

• Entry before January 1^st: 3350 NOK
• Entry after January 1^st and before March 1^st: 3650 NOK
• Entry after March 1^st: 4150 NOK

All entries are binding. If cancellation is done before March 1^st, the entry fee is refundable minus an administration fee of 500 NOK. There is no refund if cancellation happens on March 1^st or later.

All registration is binding. If you withdraw before March 1^st, the entry fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of NOK. 500, -. By withdrawal from March 1^st, there is no refund.

In case of cancellation of Holmenkollstafetten before the day of the event, organizer may retain 50% of the entry fee to cover expenses.

If the arrangement must be moved to another location on the same date or cancelled and then be completed at a later date, or to be moved to another place on a new date, those who were signed up to the original date, but will not participate on a new date, are not entitled to get a refund of any part of the entry fee.

Upon cancellation of the race on event day because of sudden onset weather / climatic conditions or other force majeure, the organizers will retain the entry fee.
