The relay starts at Knud Knudsens plass, at the bottom of the St. Hanshaugen park area. The first leg runs around the park and down towards Bislett and Louises gate. -
The exchange for the second leg is taking place in Louises gate. The second leg continues past Bislett Stadium og up towards Fagerborg. -
The third leg starts in Wolffs gate, by the north end of Stensparken. It continues past Fagerborg school then out to the left at Ullevålsveien for the next exchange. -
The fourth leg starts in Wilhelm Færdens vei and continues through the campus site of Oslo university and onwards to the exchange point near Oslo Science Park. -
The fifth leg starts in Forskningsveien and continues to Vinderen. -
The sixth leg starts at Vinderen in Holmenveien. From here the leg continues up to Slemdal school. -
Leg seven starts by Slemdal school. The leg continues up along Frognerseterveien and Ankerveien to the exchange point at Besserud. -
The eigth leg starts at Besserud in the intersection between Ankerveien and Holmenkollveien. From there the leg continues down Holmenkollveien, past Holmen school and onwards to the exchange point by Gressbanen. -
The ninth leg starts by Gressbanen and continues along Holmenkollveien. -
The tenth leg is the longest in the relay. It starts by Holmendammen in Holmenkollveien. From there the leg continues down past Smestad, along Monolittveien. The exchange point is at the western end of Frognerparken. -
Leg eleven starts at the western end of Frognerparken and continues east through the park, then crossing Kirkeveien to the exchange point in Nordaaks gate. -
The twelfth leg is the relays shortest and runs down Gyldenløves gate to Arno Bergs plass. -
Leg thirteen starts at Arno Bergs plass, continues down Gyldenløvesgate, via Colbjørnsens gate and Skovveien to the exchange point in Camilla Colletts vei. -
The forteenth leg starts in Camilla Collets vei. It continues to Josefines gate past Hegdehaugsveien and onwards to the last exchange point outside Bislett stadium. -
The relays fifteenth and last leg starts with the exchange in Bislettgate outside Bislett Stadium. The leg continues in to the stadium where the participant runs a full lap before crossing the finish line.
