Start Times and Bib Numbers

The start time has been sent to the team leader via email. All start times are also listed in the participant list here, search for your team name/company name:

Change Team Name and Add Stages

To change team information, change the team name, or add who is running which stages: Log in with the username and password that were sent to the team leader upon registration here:

Bib Number Distribution

Bib number distribution takes place at Bislett Stadium, entrance 1.

• Thursday, May 8th from 12:00 to 19:00
• Friday, May 9th from 13:00 to 19:00
• Saturday, May 10th from 09:00 to 12:00

It is not possible to collect bib numbers earlier than the scheduled times or to send bib numbers. The person collecting the bib numbers must collect for the entire team. You need to know which bib number you are collecting. Also, bring the QR code from the email with information about your bib number that will be sent out next week.

Starting Point

All classes start at St. Hanshaugen (Knud Knudsen's place), except for the F-classes (athletics clubs), S-classes (student teams), and M1 (military). The starting setup can be found here:

Relay Baton Distribution

The relay batons are distributed at the respective class starting points.

For those starting from Bislett Stadion, there will be a roll call and baton distribution right before the start at the hammer cage.

Baton distribution for those starting at St. Hanshaugen will take place at the starting area at Knud Knudsen's place and will begin at 11:00. The baton must be collected no later than 15 minutes before the start of the wave. Only runners in the first leg should attend.

Download the app "Ultimate Sport Service LIVE". Here you can follow your team, so you know when to get ready for the exchange. Here's how to follow your team:

• Search for your team using the start number, team name, or company name.
• Go to the team and click on the star (favorite icon).
• The notification icon will appear. If you want push notifications, click on the notification icon.

You will then receive push notifications along the way for your team.

In this schedule, you can see when the first runner from each wave is expected to arrive at the exchanges, based on the fastest team. The schedule is used as a guide for when each runner should be ready to run. We ask participants to stay away from the exchange area until they expect to exchange, to avoid congestion.

How to Get to the Different Stages

The stages closest to Bislett, 1.-6. and 11.-15., are easiest to walk or jog to. Below is a list of recommended transport to stages further along the course:

• 7th stage: metro line 1 Frognerseteren to Slemdal Station.
• 8th stage: metro line 1 Frognerseteren to Besserud Station.
• 9th stage: metro line 1 Frognerseteren to Slemdal Station.
• 10th stage: metro line 2 Østerås or metro line 3 Kolsås to Makrellbekken station from Borgen Station (OBS!: metro line 2 and 3 have start station at Borgen. They do not depart from Majorstuen station).

Facilities at the Exchanges

Toilets and hand sanitizers are available at all exchanges. There are also trash bins from Ragn-Sells, please use them.

Luggage storage is offered at the start at Bislett and St. Hanshaugen, as well as at all exchanges along the course.

Please note that storing luggage at the designated areas is at your own risk, and valuables should not be left behind.

Use the luggage tag on your bib number to easily recognize your bag.

If you are unable to field a team, it is sufficient not to show up. You do not need to notify the organizer.
